Punta del Sol

The building was constructed according to modern structural engineering standards. The project is built on a site that was geotechnically evaluated beforehand, allowing for the design of a deep foundation suited to the soil characteristics and ensuring long-term structural stability. The building's structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame system, with columns and beams designed to withstand high-magnitude seismic loads, in accordance with current national regulations. High-quality materials were used, including reinforced steel and ready-mix concrete with additives to enhance durability.

The building has multiple levels, with an efficient layout that maximizes natural light and ventilation. The common areas include a double-height lobby, state-of-the-art elevators, emergency stairwells, fire detection and suppression systems, and electronically controlled access.
As for the finishes, ceramic tiles were used on floors and wet walls, along with high-resistance washable paint, metal window frames with tempered glass, and thermal insulation on strategic facades. Energy-efficient systems were also integrated, such as LED lighting, motion sensors in common areas, and a rainwater harvesting system.
