The building's construction was carried out under modern structural engineering standards. The project stands on a previously geotechnically assessed site, which allowed for the design of a deep foundation appropriate to the soil characteristics, ensuring long-term structural stability. The building's structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame system, with columns and beams designed to withstand high-magnitude seismic loads, in accordance with current national regulations. High-quality materials were used, including reinforced steel and pre-mixed concrete with additives to enhance its durability.

The building consists of multiple levels, with an efficient layout that maximizes natural lighting and ventilation. The common areas include a double-height lobby, state-of-the-art elevators, emergency stairs, fire detection and extinguishing systems, and electronically controlled access.

The finishes include ceramic tile on floors and wet walls, high-resistance washable paint, metalwork with tempered glass, and thermal insulation on strategic facades. Energy-efficient systems such as LED lighting, motion sensors in common areas, and a rainwater collection system were also integrated.
