- Management and development of urban and rural projects and legal assistance
- Notarial and registry procedures related to real estate
2. Services
- The client agrees to:
- Provide truthful and complete information.
- Make agreed payments for contracted services.
- Not use services for illegal or fraudulent activities and respect the agreed timelines and conditions.
3. Client Obligations
- INMONET.ECO SAC guarantees that all personal and financial information provided by the client will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
4. Confidentiality
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or the means enabled by the company.
5. Payment Policy
- In case of voluntary cancellation by the client, paid amounts will not be refunded unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- If the company cancels a service for justified reasons, a proportional refund will be assessed according to the progress of the service.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- INMONET.ECO SAC is not liable for:
- Damages or losses resulting from decisions made by the client without our advice.
- Real estate market fluctuations and delays due to external causes (notaries, municipalities, SUNARP, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
- All website content, advertisements, presentations, or documents issued by the company are the property of INMONET.ECO SAC, unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our official channels.
9. Modifications
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in the district where the company is headquartered.
